JADEtribe orders will generally ship within 2 business days via Fedex ground. If you need an express shipment, contact JADEtribe customer service at sales(@)jadetribe.com BEFORE placing an order online. If your order is to be delayed due to office closure, issues of stock or otherwise - we will contact you via email. To cancel an order, please notify JADEtribe by email sales(@)jadetribe.com the same business day as the order is placed.
